E2mC aims at demonstrating the technical and operational feasibility of the integration of social media analysis and crowdsourced information within both the Mapping and Early Warning Components of Copernicus Emergency Management Service (EMS).
Client Brief.
I have been commissioned by Public Safety communications Europe to produce a short motion graphic explainer video to present the E2mC (Evolution of Copernicus Emergency Services) project’s results in a nutshell. The project is highly technical and aims to improve the timeliness and accuracy of information products provided to civil protection organisations.
The challenge lies in communicating in the shortest amount of time the project mission, in a compelling and easily understandable manner for general public.
My approach was to “step back” to look at the big picture I used a simplified isometric view to illustrate the use case scenario described.
