Virtual Event: ‘Renewables working together in an interconnected world’
Client Brief.
IHA - International Hydropower Association team approached us to manage the whole video content production workflow for a 3 weeks long online event with multiple sessions happening each day alternating between live sessions and pre-recorded sessions. All the video content should look & feel consistent with WHC branding .
Deliverable 1
Develop a complete multi-platform visual identity toolkit composed of animated logos, session openers and closers, including animated session titles, lower thirds, speaker presentation slides and session transitions.
Deliverable 2
Edit all pre-recorded sessions and provided support with the live sessions to ensure everything remained consistent throughout the whole event.
The Challenge is to edit the pre-recorded sessions giving the illusion that they are happening in live so these sessions can blend with the live content.
